The drinks are a bit on the sweet side -- and there's proseco on tap if that's your jam -- but it has a chill vibe in the back of an art gallery that's a great reprieve from the rest of the LES.

Totally young scene. Pretty cool tho and I love that meres one from 5 Pointz is doing and curating the art. The outdoor plaza “open to the public” will be an interesting experiment.
Chill or work in the beautiful canteen, then later go on rooftop for a drink with one of the greatest view of downtown and more, finally walk down the stairs since it's the Museum of the Street Art!
Awesome location, the rooms are tiny bit otherwise perfect. Go to the rooftop and have a drink looking over any part of Manhattan you want.

Converted into a music venue in 1997, the Bowery Ballroom features artists from all genres. It's spacious but the balcony is the best spot!
Fun alley to hit up if you're looking for graffiti pasteups.
