Italian sausage is amazing. Good spot that I had no idea was in Denver till friend showed me the light. Never leave hungry and fries are worth a trip there itself.
If you get the Italian sausage or Italian beef, get gravy on the side for dipping. If you get it on the sandwich, it makes an unmanageable mess of deliciousness. So skip the mess...
Gluten-free buns and rice oil for frying (also GF.) I always eat here when I come to town.

I've enjoyed many years of memorable meals at "Carl's". The pizza, spaghetti and crusty cheese garlic bread are my favorites.
Apparently, if you're not already a regular, you are S.O.L. for timely service. Sat for half an hour before I got a "salad" (iceberg and scattered red cabbage ONLY) 15min later dinner showed up...

The Spring Fling cake is the best cake in the world!!! Zucchini cake with layers of fresh fruit and cream cheese frosting. Delish!

Worst bar service I've had in a long time. Don't expect them to be attentive or get you anything because the staff is too busy flirting with each other and taking shots with their buddies.
