The poblano corn chowder was excellent. Sadly, the Cubano was just a bit to aggressively smoked. Next time, I will get a different torta.
Tortas took a while & fillings were barely lukewarm. Flavors ok. Corn chowder was silky w plenty of poblano flavor. Mango lime & raspberry nopal aguas were tart & refreshing. Mex inspired not Mex.

Trendy spot with one of the best brunches in Chicago. Go for the shakshuka-esque baked eggs and any of the delicious rotating pastry selections.
I love this place. Sit at the Bar. Staff is friendly and provide insights on what to order. The Food is delicious for any meal period accented by fun beverages. Atmosphere & Music is terrific. Enjoy!

Great bar, great dining room and service. The bone in ribeye is the way to go. Also a fantastic wine list with a great selection of wine by the glass.

Their chicken and waffles are great, but they also have great skillets and comfort food. I love their BLT Club.

La Encantada serves an elegantly executed Mexican-style ceviche, with shrimp, tomato, and avocado uniformly chopped into tiny bites and filled in with plenty of cilantro and purple bits of onion.
Terrific food! Family owned with an upscale presentation at non-upscale prices. Vegetarian friendly! Wish they still had the hongos.

So love the Chicken Caesar Wrap with a large lemonade with either a chocolate croissant or marble pound cake. Best meal while in patient.
Take out a small loan. $30 for 2 sodas, 2 soups, 1 sandwich & a cupcake. Worst cheddar broccoli soup I've ever had. Absolutely disgusting. Will NEVER do this place again.
