The best brisket I have ever had. Super super moist. Ribs fall off the none and have great seasoning. Turkey is also very moist. Definitely worth the wait.
Got here at 7:40AM on a Saturday and waited until 1:15 to finally order. The brisket is pretty amazing and a whole different level... 100% worth it. Enjoy the whole tailgating/waiting experience too.
Believe the hype. The brisket and ribs are incredible. Transported home and reheated the brisket is still better than anything available in London.

The brisket is delicious but don't underestimate the pork loin and turkey. Cream corn casserole is also on point.

The brisket melts in your mouth! The lamb sausage is divine, coming from someone who's not a fan of any kind of sausage. Cheese grits were AMAZING. A nice southwest twist. The slaw was also en pointe.
Brisket is buttery-moist, great bark. Pork ribs don't exactly fall off the bone but are delicious.

Brisket is fantastic and moist. The pork rib falls off the bone. However, I am not a fan of the sauce. Will still come back again and again.
Fall off the bone pork ribs, beef sausage with great snap and flavor, and moist brisket with tasty bark. No line at noon on a Friday. Will have to come in morning for kolaches next time.

Great atmosphere super ribs and brisket the coconut rice was delish so was the pickled cauliflower and sauce. Super menu with an Asian twist.
