The tsukemen (dipping ramen) is worth the extra dollars. The noodles are chewier and the thick broth on the side is flavorful, savory and coats the noodles perfectly.
Get the dipping ramen. Add Brussels. Dip noodles into a bowl of creamy pork crack (that is a compliment) and invite your friends pork, egg, seaweed and lime. Die happy.
Dipping ramen is the best. Also, order extra garlic! You press it yourself.
Great old school cocktails. Try The Old Cuban, yum! The fried pickles, onion rings, Fish & Chips & fried pork chop were our first try and all delich! Good job CF & TC!
