Free comedy in the back room on Monday nights. Always fun with drop ins some nights from Hannibal, Aziz and other big names!
Free Monday night comedy show is definitely the reason to come here. And yes, they do have known quality comedians as well as up and comers.
The Mac N Cheese is great, but you can't pass up their wings...especially if you can make it before 6 for their $.50 deal!

HBOJanuary 24, 2014Girls happened here. Marnie and Hannah's parents host Hannah's 25th birthday party here, complete with a "banana" drink code and a Rent "Take Me Or Leave Me" karaoke session.
Bar Matchless has a small but very cool stage – we'll go there more often. And drink prices are decent.
Karaoke on Wednesday nights is awesome and you get a free shot if sing a metal song. Don't let that scare you off! The song book is super eclectic.

Not the best at any one thing, somehow still a great bar. Iconic greenpoint scene spot at this point.
