John Stevenson: Obnoxiously long waits. The fish, the bao, the Taiwanese chicken and the sausage are the best options hands down. Avoid the scallion pancakes.
Behrad Eats: Pork Steamed Bao with seasoned hoisin is a must!
Behrad Eats: The Painted Hills Ribeye Bao Platter is a amazing dish! Free-range ribeye cooked to perfection, steamed buns, & local vegetables.

Tara DeVincenzo: lots of talk about needing to add more noodles. forget that part but add pork cheek and definitely get the steamed buns to start. amazing.
Arik Morris: The field chicken steamed buns are a must. Perfectly crisp with a touch of sweetness and heat, in a soft pillowy bun they are amazing.

Behrad Eats: You must start your meal with the delicious buns. Japanese braised pork, cucumbers, carrots, lettuce, & spicy teriyaki sauce on a bao bun.
Eric Emanuelson: Hip spot that's a little loud but fun vibe. Lazaretto was great, as were the dumplings, pork buns, chicken Katszu and ramen. Only thing we didn't like was "the cure."
Spoon University: The house namesake Chaplin ramen, the super garlicky stamina spicy ramen and the Chaplin A.S.S. spicy sour are all great. Your belly is guaranteed to be fully satisfied no matter which you choose. Read more.

Ann Ta: You have to try the food, it's amazing!! Everything is fresh, delicious and creative. My top favorites are the roast chicken ravioli, pork steam buns, spaghetti & meatballs & croque madame (brunch).
Janine Hanrahan: So this could be the best food I've ever had in my life. Every bite was like an orgasm for my taste buds. Mac & Cheese = heaven. BBQ Pork Buns = Nirvana. Burger = OMFG.
Cory: Didn't try any bourbon, but the food was overpriced/bad. My companion's BBQ steamed pork buns tasted like soggy biscuits & didn't have much meat. My burger was salty & accompanied by lackluster fries.
