Serious Eats: Be prepared to wait for your handmade sausages, but take that time to befriend the gregarious staff. The snappy half-smoke sandwich with grilled peppers and onions is worth the wait.
Behrad Eats: Everything here is great, we opted for the Chorizo topped with peppers and onions, Chili topped with cheese, and a Halfsmoke topped with bacon and jalapeños.
