Cassidy: Don't worry about waiting for a table - sit by the bar for some of the best service around. Wood grilled and Tchoupitoulas oysters, duck gumbo, and homemade bread rolls are all insanely good.
Washingtonian Magazine: Dishes are upscale enough to be worthy of leaving home for but not so much that they become precious. What to get: Oysters on the half shell; seafood-studded salsa; grilled bacon-wrapped oysters.
Eater: Grab a number and wait upstairs in the restaurant's sister bar Black Jack, slurping oysters and sampling the cocktail list. [Eater 38 Member]
