Boneless buffalo wings are the best. Both kale salads are great & the Mac n chz fulfills my cravings. I'm not vegan just vegetarian & this is my comfort food.
Get the crab cake sandwich or the buffalo drummies.

Solid western Carolina style bbq. As an Alabama girl, I’m always a little hesitant of bbq outside of the south — Rocklands definitely passed the test. The 3 meat dinner was enough food for two of us.

The Italian is awesome. Finally a good sandwich place in DC. I've waited years for a place like this. Very fresh and a great combo of sauces...the mayo, bubs vinaigrette, and homemade hoagie relish.
Bub's Italian hoagie is one of the best in the area: Genoa salami, prosciutto, capicola, pepperoni, aged provolone, arugula, roma tomatoes, hoagie relish, mayo, Bub’s vinaigrette & pecorino Romano.
local near L'Enfant Metro. Been going for 16 years and THE best Roast Beef on Rye sandwich to be found in DC!!! You will NOT leave hungry. Line's move quickly, so don't be discouraged.

Semi-pricey, black owned vegan restaurant. Quality food, great selection and laid back. People come for soul food faves like mac & cheese, greens, and ribs/wings. But there's a lot more to taste!
