Fabulous Canadian deli in Puxi. Smoke all their own meats. Large selection of import beers. Pastrami Reuben was delicious.

Solid Vietnamese place with fresh ingredients. Go to are pork lemongrass vermicelli bowl and chicken salad. Bahn mi are some of the best in town
Best pho and banh mi in Shanghai, but have had better, outside of China. The Vietnamese iced coffee and fried spring rolls are also solid.
Favorite soups: three bean soup and mulligatawny plus the fried tofu sandwich.
Sandwich and half price soup is a good deal and enough for 1 1/2 meals.

Pizzas run from 38RMB (margherita) to 45RMB (pepperoni), they’re slightly doughy, but still tasty and satisfying. Try the jumbo toasted sandwiches (28-33RMB) on our favourite, chunky foccacia bread.
