Great spa. Relaxing space and great massage. Thai massage in best in Shanghai that I have found so far. Nail salon is also nice and more relaxing than other smaller spas in town.

Yes it's a splurge (for a massage in China), but the pampering is great and the masseuses I've had so far are really good! The environment is very relaxing... They also have prenatal massages!
