Fabien Pfaender: the best cinnamon rolls of my entire life, would kill for it
Kelly: The cinnamon rolls are amazing! You have your choice of icing: light, medium, heavy, or tremendous. There's really only one option here...go big or go home people!
Nick K: Amazing cinnamon rolls!
maurits: Truffle and regular xiaolongbao, pork chop, spicy wonton, sesame noodle
Louis Houdart: Best xiaolongbao in town
Cheryl Vasquez: Best xiaolongbao in Shanghái! Highly recommended! and for dessert the Jujube pastry xiaolongbao is yummy ! 😁
Faith Wong: You have not been to Shanghai until you've visited this restaurant. Founded since 1932, the steam-grill bun is a must to try. The dough is soft on the top and crunchy on the bottom.
John The Bastard: Most of my Sheng Jian Bao has lost all of their broth and the fried side had gotten soft. They’re better if you get a fresh batch that is still hot and crispy.
Caleb Ho: The bun on the frying pan tasted excellent especially with the fried chilli paste... Must try
Richard Yeung: Purchase the tickets at the counter and queue for the buns. The content of the bun can be very hot so be aware of it. The other items like noodle and soup can be collected inside the restaurant.
Tinkle Dotty: RMB 6.00 for 4 pcs of dumplings. Another popular eatery opposite, jia jia tang bao which serves all kinds of xiao long bao.
Ting: One can takeaway these awesome crispy dumplings (sheng Jian Bao) across the road to the equally awesome Jia Jia steam dumplings (xiaolongbao) so that you can eat both at the same time!
Hotel Indigo: Small steam buns are a famous local snack of Shanghai. Try the small steam buns available at Yu Garden and experience the real local flavor, which has more than 100 years of history in Shanghai. Read more.
Allen August: Xiaolongbao or steamed bun with crab meat and pork stuffing. This place always had line and well worth the wait.
Dave Mc: Yu Garden is one of the hot spots of the tourist trail, see the 9 corner bridge, stand in the giant queue at Nanxiang Mantou to get some Xiao Long Bao soup dumplings - and buy some Coach purses! 🤫
