Yas Ab: One of the best sashimi and rolls I have ever had. We got the sashimi sampler, a great spicy poke dish, the cucumber seaweed salad, and two rolls that were to die for. I'll totally come back here.
Tasneem Salim: One of the best sushi places in Seattle. Order the chef's selection of Sashimi, the tako poké and the monk patè. End your meal with some Mochi and try all the flavors.
Serious Eats: A groundbreaking sustainable seafood restaurant. Be sure to follow all of Hajime's rules (posted on the website, in the menu, and all over the restaurant) and you're in for a great meal.

Jerry Liu: If you're feeling adventurous, try the Cold Ontama with half sauce, two eggs, a slice of lemon, green onions and seaweed. Hands down the best udon in Seattle.
Phuong Nguyen: I always get the Niku Udon with extra seaweed and egg! Stock up on the tempura flakes. Their drinks are at the very end of the line as you pay, so make sure you don't forget to grab a green tea!
Miraj Shah: Loved the kitsune udon, very fresh taste. Tip: add grated radish and sour plum (and ontame (soft poached egg) if you want extra protein). Great slection of tempura, make sure to dunk it in your soup!

Elynn Lee: I recommend the seaweed salad. I also love the nigiri here (especially the salmon). The tempura is also really nice - crispy, but not too oily or overly breaded. Rolls are diverse and yummy.
Cary Kawamoto: Go during Happy Hour, the prices are way cheap and the rolls are all awesome! Get the I Love Crunch Roll and the spicy tuna.
