Cocktails were so good I tried two: Tamarintini & Papaya Martini, both delicious! Extensive menu, will definitively be back. Cinnamon pork balls w/ fresh coconut & lemongrass beef skewers were great!
Spicy beef broth was very good. There is a unique flavour in it (pineapples and lemon grass I believe) that make it very tasty. Service was not that great though but if you're patient...

Ginger rice is *not* vegetarian. Tofu banh mi is tiny, not offensive, but not so incredible that I'd come running back, especially at $8 a piece, and not even as tasty as Pho Bac down the street.
Lemongrass beef vermicelli bowl is delicious. Friendly service, nice draft beers on tap and in spring & summer the huge windows are open and a nice breeze blows through 👍🏼🍺🍜
Oxtail pho is my fave. The broth is super on point. $6 cocktail specials on the weekends. Amazing small plates. Great bun as well. And everything is locally sourced!

Lemongrass steak ban mi is amazing. Bring cash tho. They charge extra for cards, plus guilt you into a large tip, even though they're just a food truck.
Tofu Banh Mi
Midnight blue; It's not too sweet or too bitter and it is nicely blended with lemongrass, rose, and lavender. Also, if you get the chance to meet Taylor (part of the staff) he suggests the best teas.
London rose iced tea is amazing. Earl grey with lemonade and rosemary syrup is super tasty. It is sweet but very refreshing after walking around all day.
