Yas Ab: One of the best sashimi and rolls I have ever had. We got the sashimi sampler, a great spicy poke dish, the cucumber seaweed salad, and two rolls that were to die for. I'll totally come back here.
Doug B: Sustainable, creative and delicious. This is one of the premier sushi joints in Seattle if not the country. Make reservations as the small space fills up quickly. There is nothing that isn't amazing.
Serious Eats: A groundbreaking sustainable seafood restaurant. Be sure to follow all of Hajime's rules (posted on the website, in the menu, and all over the restaurant) and you're in for a great meal.
