Quail egg poppers and beef pho were amazing. We have finally found a place even better than Taste of Pho in Lynnwood. My wife exclaimed she didn't even know Pho could taste like this. Perfectly spiced

Soup dumplings are a must. However be sure to get a leafy veggie plate, hot and sour soup or beef noodle soup for your table. If you like cold apps, get the cucumber!

Order the beef noodle soup with 1/2 beef, 1/2 tendon - spicy, of course. Pair that up with some green onion pancake and you've got perfection for dinner.
Pretty average dumplings, but great beef noodle soup! Authentic setting...doesn't hurt to speak mandarin as well.

$24 for a large bowl of decent beef pho with extra meat, 2 spring rolls, 2 egg rolls (excellent & fresh), 2 tasty cream puffs, and some creamy taro bubble tea. Friendly service from a fine family.
One suggestion for improvement: add banh mi sandwiches to the menu

Try the yukgaejang (spicy shredded beef soup) - best in Seattle I've had (and the side dishes are solid here).
Run by a Korean woman and her daughter, this is seriously the only authentic Korean food I've found in Seattle. Simply delicious. It's usually packed, but worth the wait.

The bento boxes are great and full meals. The buns are a bit pricy but worth it. My go-to options are the fried chicken and the pork stew over rice
