The best albacore sashimi and spicy scallop rolls. Love their spinach gomae and sometimes you can even get shrimp heads! Usually very busy, but excellent service!
We had the frites, potato chips, albacore crudo, heirloom tomatoes & cucumbers, risotto, halibut, Waygu ribeye... Everything was amazing! Flavored were well developed, fresh, delicious!
You must get the albacore nisçoise salad for lunch. It is so super delicious and a lot of bang for your buck!

Had a transcendent meal here. The Halibut cheeks are amazing and the Albacore Belly (when available) is something else not to miss. Other mentionables include Garlic Short Ribs and salmon skin roll.
Captures the greatness of sushi with simplicity! Huge rolls, endless list of options, great crafted cocktails, and a dope setting for gathering large groups. Oh yeah, try the green tea tiramisu. YUM.
Love the outdoor deck, esp. with the fire pit at sunset. The spicy grilled octopus and bean salad, albacore crudo, and oysters (both raw and "Brock-a-fella") were great! Great variety of seafood opt!

Albacore sushi is my favorite!
Chirashi is definitely the way to go and don't forget that you can make substitutions. I like to swap out the tuna for squid. Or if you really like one type of fish you can get a whole bowl of it for
order the off-menu "chirashi"
Dungeness crab noodles and short rib dumplings are good. Pass on the albacore rice bowl.
You need to eat the albacore tuna bowl. And extra kimchee.
Rice bowls & Ambiance. Great for a date. Lively athmosphere with fresh fusion food. A Seattle must. Eat at the end corner of the butcher block counter and watch the chefs in the open kitchen.

One of my favorite sushi place in Seattle. Order the Tuna Tartar on sticky rice. It is fabulous.
