Took the green chile 2hr class- it was great! Left with some leftover salsa, and definitely would do another hands on class, or a demo class. Very cool way to get taste of NM cooking!

Took the walking restaurant tour.Worth it! Get business cards from the various restaurants you visit on the tour. Several people in our tour took pictures of their food with the card next to the plate
Do yourself a favor & eat at Tia Sophias. The food is mediocre & chili is bland. The posole was the only thing tasty on the Atriscombo. Salsa is from a jar-or tastes that way.
They charge for EVERYTHING! Chips, salsa, sopapillas...everything! Way too much money for not nearly enough food. Employees were very rude also!
Their sopapillas are my favorite in Santa Fe, Castro's being a very close second. The food is delicious, fresh and reasonably priced. They have great specials and a full bar. Plan for a short wait.
They have an amazing breakfast burrito bar with fresh salsas that comes complimentary with your stay! Staff always helpful & friendly. Cute fireplaces in rooms! Well worth every penny!
Beautiful hotel in the middle of Santa Fe. Rooms came with gorgeous fireplaces, rain showers, and a lovely patio. A great place to stay for a welcomed retreat in the heart of downtown. #SantaFeMagic

Everything was delicious! Nice atmosphere, very cozy and great service. If you have room for dessert I recommend the apple pie!

My all time favorite "Go to" in Santa Fe. Dinner is amazing and breakfast is to die for! You can't go wrong with anything you order. For special occasions they really know how to treat you well!

Breakfast all day. Sopaipillas were so amazing and dipped in literally any combo platter. Salsa was muy bien and super flavorful. Beers came out in an frosted mug with salt rim!
The Carne Adovada is very nice. Deep, rich flavor, and fall apart tender. Just the right amount of pleasant heat.

As always, Hyatt provides nice rooms. Breakfast is good with a Southwest twist you don't get at other Hyatts: Tortillas, salsa, crema, corn relish, and bottles of Chalula :)

Bison burger is very flavorful but you might forego the onions if that’s not your thing. Queso dip was also good and serve with a side of green pepper salsa.
Buffalo wings with nachos and margarita. You won't complain of this combination :)
