I just took a bite of the buttermilk pancakes and ohhhhhh wooow. It is super soft (French bread like) on the inside and a little fried on the edge. Wow this is how you do pancakes.

If you love spicy this is the place to be! Red and green chile were both super tasty, the blue corn enchiladas didn't disappoint, and the posole is delicious!

The Strawberry Poppyseed Salad was very good--one of my favorite salads. The restaurant ran out of straws. I have never been to a casual dining restaurant that has run out of straws. Inconceivable!
