Serious Eats: The 'pepper steak' is essentially a cheesesteak with grilled green peppers. Be sure to add their house made hot sauce.

Richard Fregosa: The Colombian Cheesesteak is awesome but my favorite is the Pulled Pork Sandwich, which is their incredible take off of the Vietnamese Bahn Mi sandwich. A must have and order extra of the sauce
