Alexander Shuiskoff: Exceptional service, attention to details. breakfasts, dinners, cocktails. This is the best hotel I've stayed so far (20-something countries, 200-something cities). LOVE!
Stewart Marshall: Great hotel, spacious rooms, good service, friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended. Quite a high price - but all the hotels in San Francisco are pricey - so this one is comparatively good value.
