The verdura lasagna is amazing (all the lasagnas are wonderful but verdura is my favorite). For a change from lasagna try the ravioli alla romana... And get some bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
Quite an amazing menu for lunch, their specialty, with a dinner menu 'to go' from 3:30-6:30.

Vegetarian? Caprese or Harvarti Sandwich. Meat? Prosciutto Caprese. Excellent cheese, from an amazing Cave-Aged Gruyere to hard-to-find Appenzeller to Papillon Roquefort. Locals: Teleme and Baserri.
They used to stare at me blankly when I asked which cheeses were vegetarian, but now they mark which ones use vegetable rennet or microbial enzymes :)
