Everything was eye-rollingly delicious. The polenta was creamy and wonderful, with perfect mushrooms. The artichoke salad was bright & crisp. And then...the Italian sausage gnocchi defies words :)

Excellent food. Three of us ordered main dishes, we shared family style, & everything was delicious. I would definitely dine there when returning to San Francisco !

Really can't go wrong with a meal like German Baked Beans, pickles and a Hot Italian Sausage. Ask for a half pint to try more beers. Really cheap option for dinner, go up to the bar and order.
Yummy Hungarian sausage, excellent fries, great salad with bleu cheese an walnuts, but baked beans were overlooked, dry, and hard. The corner bench with tree stump table are great for little kids.
Get the penne with olive oil, garlic and sun dried tomatoes - then add Italian Sausage. You won't regret it!
Chris is an awesome bartender. Ask him for a shot of Cynar. After you eat the gnocchi!

Most authentic Italian trattoria I've seen in Bay Area. All staff 99% Italian, food is tasty and last not least - service is pleasantly attentive and full of Italian soul.
Feels like home made food ... Eggplant, Lasagna, Calamari, everything I have had there remembers me my grandmother cooking.

My new favorite spot in North Beach. Top notch service, amazing food, and great environment. I was still there and already wanted to come back! And the pricing is extremely reasonable.
Decent breakfast/brunch spot in the Inner Richmond. Gets busy on the weekends. Food and service are all decent. Waffles with berries and cream were good. Polenta with Italian sausage was good too.
Go for the bacon waffle, potato and a side fruit bowl. Breakfast heaven!

Open late, serves good quality decaf espresso and the barista knows how to brew it. Recommended!
