Delicious housemade pasta, one of the best meals I had in Playa. The garden setting is very pretty, and the dishes are unique and artistic as well, great atmosphere.

Awesome menu del día (from 12-4pm)! Just $45 for soup, main & agua fresca. Staff is friendly, and the food, though nothing fancy (this is comida casera), is well-prepared and very yummy.

Brunch is phenomenal! Favorite part of the trip. Loved the granola and fresh fruit. Also, get an order of chilaquiles w/ salsa verde.
The outdoor seating overlooks the lagoon, and on a sunny day it's very picturesque (considering it's a swamp!)
If you feel adventurous try the insect degustation, it is a delicacy!!
