Jessica M.: Hidden gem in a part of town worth hiding from. Excellent lunch specials - sushi, ramen, udon, teriyaki bowls. Can't go wrong.
Anastasiia ....: Ramen would not be the first choice for this place. Kimchi udon was very good as well as short rib. The crab balls was very creamy inside. But i still love this place and will be back for sure!

Stephanie Kim: Absolutely one of the best udon places I've been to in the city. They make a mean udon tempura! Avoid their tofu block appetizer though- it's a strange toothpastey consistency.

Jeremy Goldstein: Best Agedashi and Sashimi I have ever had. Also of note: the Shabu-Shabu and the Omen Udon (served cold).
Village Voice: The udon here is great, but some even better bites (cold burdock root or yuba with crab) can be found in the ever changing, seasonal, multi-course special meal. Expensive, but oh so worth it.
Alastair Tse: Best Udon in New York, very chewy. Just make sure you have either Amex or Cash.

Colin Lee: We had the delicious domokase set and split it between 2 ppl. We added two ala carte items: cold udon and salmon handroll. The greentea cheesecake is dense; not the fluffy kind
Monica Desai: Lunch is a steal here - get the hand rolls (love the crab, spicy yellowtail, negi toro) + a kitchen special (washu udon, soy chicken) for 2 and decompress for ~$15pp
Noah Weiss: Incredible $13-$18 lunches in serene environ. Handroll specials: negi Toro, blue crab, salmon avocado, spicy yellowtail. Set menus: soy fried chicken or washu udon beef rice bowl, all w/ chawanamushi
