Venchi has hands down became my favorite chocolate place in New York. The brand provides great customer service and delicious rich hot chocolate, espresso with chocolate pieces and of course gelato!
They got chocolate waterfall at the eating area!!! Had a gelato there. Pistachio and 70%black chocolate and also a cup of hot dark chocolate. Had to say, the hot chocolate is really good.

I tasted the August cronut : black cherry and valrhona milk chocolate, it was delicious ! It was my first cronut and I was not dissapointed ! I recommend it :)

The milk chocolate frappe was faultless. Unbelievably tasty. However, there were many flies around. Maybe the ‘used dishes and cups’ corner contributes to that.

Laptop friendly table in the front with lots of plugs. Can get full during the day. Cacao shakes and drinks are unique and very good.
