Andrew Litvak: Amazing and low-key udon spot. Make sure you try the starters (duck breast was phenomenal) as well as the udon. Reservations recommended.

Alexander Fang: This place is a must if you love udon. The noodles have the perfect bounce. The place is larger than its East Village counterpart, but getting a table can take just as long.

Rory Parness: Great BYO place (S-Th). Kassulet was seriously good but filling so if you plan on ordering, go easy on the bread (which is meh). Duck breast was excellent too and goat cheese tart and escargot were ++
Jen Lee: Please, please order the curry mussels. The mussels are fresh and they're basked in this rich, cream, flavorful broth (almost a curry sauce). Other favs: beet salad, goat tart and profiteroles
