You don't really need a whole day here, and the rides aren't as awesome as other those at other parks, but it's still fun to check out for the tour and Jurassic Park!

Nice park, it fits all ages and has many interesting shows and rides. I believe one full day is enough to go over the entire park. Absolutely recommend it

Easily my favorite park in LA. It has the best view of LA, especially at night. There are great hikes all around the park. Good views of the Hollywood sign.
One of the best concert venues in the area, the historic Hollywood Bowl is a great venue throughout the summer and fall. Bring a picnic meal, park at one of the satellite locations & enjoy the music!
The park & ride from the zoo worked wonderfully, easy all round. It's a $5 round trip, and the parking at the zoo is free. #win

Lot of fun in the big and well designed park. All the wild is with low water consumption and fountains stop the noise from cars. Nice park.

Great park to run and walk. The lake itself 1.3 miles around and leads you off to other trails around the park. It's a massive park! In beginning of spring, the cherry blossoms bloom. Great for picnic
Beautiful Lake Park with picnic tables around the perimeter of lake. Plenty of open space for catching ball, playing soccer, or a friendly game of football. Don't forget to stop by the bike rentals.
My favorite hike in LA is to the Griffith Park Observatory – go at sunrise or sunset!

Best dog park in the city. Great 4 mile walk around the lake. Is not a loop so you will have to go back around or walk on the street back to your car.

I love this park. However, it is very crowded during weekends with kids screaming, birthday parties on the grass and BBQ.. So, if you go for relaxing, avoid weekends.

Me and my dog love this park. It's clean (despite what other posts say), great views and a great work out. I always bring my dog, so have not hit the free yoga class yet, but that is next on my list
The park is a favorite place to hike with your dog and see not only some of the best views of the city but some of the best-looking people in the city. Sunsets and sunrises are spectacular.
