First timers, try the Short Rib Quesadilla or the Carnitas Fries. The Ultimate taco is essentially the Carnitas Fries in taco format. The Teres Major Steak Tacos are awesome, too. You can't go wrong.
If they have it on the menu (and you aren't vegetarian), try their crispy pork belly. It ALMOST puts bacon to shame. ♥

Spicy Pork Ramen is bomb. Curry Ramen is bomb. Fried Tofu is bomb. Tonkatsu is bland/tough.
The honey aloe iced green tea is a must have when slurping down the spicy pork ramen.

Best ramen in the OC besides Costa Mesa sister locale！Yamadaya is good but does not compare to the full taste lingering umami flavor of Special ramen soup here！Plus Special pork is so tender！
Carnitas fries are SO yummy. Get them with one of the limeades. I highly recommend the lime panna cotta, so save room.

Great spot. Everything was good and we had kalbi, beef ribs, beef tongue, pork cheek and belly, brisket, shrimp, octopus, and chicken. Oh and even tripe.
