While all their Mediterranean food is good try the salmon kabobs that are different and amazingly flavorful. Vegetarian friendly although this location is a bit awkward with seating.

Very good, hip and somewhat upscale grill in the Spectrum！Steak, fish, shrimp all excellent. Great bar too and wine selection by the glass is superb！Not too bad in prices. Enjoy a special treat there!

Try the Smoked salmon - So good. The salmon and the cream together are just incredible.
Nice place for a special occasion. Their fries are amazing (think McDonalds crossed with In-n-Out). Also enjoyed the rib-eye and smoked salmon appetizer. Service is great too.
Ribs fall of the bone. Appetizers: Thai salad, salmon, artichoke dip. Dessert: pecan with ice cream (can't remember exact name)

The "big" portion salmon is really not very big. Also, specify light dressing on your salad or you will get a bottle on your salad...can I have some lettuce with that?
