The neighborhood it's so weird and quiet. The chapel is between houses. The paintings are so great, the place inside it's really relaxing and calm.

A classically elegant mansion, filled with one of the finest collections of Worcester porcelain in the U.S., a selection of European paintings and English furniture.
The museum staff are extremely helpful and will provide lots of information about the collection and the history of the place when asked.
Coming from someone who does house tours daily they need signs to explain tour times and a visitors guide/map of the gardens. The house tour was excellent though :-)
$20 for a regular pedicure spa. Yen did an amazing job painting my toes and massaging my feet and legs. I added 10 minutes of massage for $10.

Paintings are abundant, but the lovely sculpture garden is also worth viewing. Film buffs love the museum for its weekly showing of classic and foreign films.
For all art lovers out there definitely a must go when in Houston! Vast selection! Ron Mueck's exhibit is definitely something else! What a talent! Amazing work!

Nice shopping mall, and its tourist spot for many that visit Houston. They have variety of shops, including branded names boutique e.g. Emporio Armani, Versace....Also a nice Ice Skating Rink.
Never try a Quadruple Lutz when the ice rink is full.

Beautiful museum with just science but a varied collection of dinosaurs, a living butterfly sanctuary, planetarium, and permanent gemstone hall. It's one of the anchors of the Museum District.
Burke Baker Planetarium is one of the most advanced in the world. Don't be surprised if you see a few NASA astronauts here as we use the facility to assist with training on starfield identification. Read more.
