Che: Incredible BBQ. Went there with a group of locals and out of towners and everyone LOVED it. Go for the sampling platter with brisket, sausage, and pork ribs.

Max Wenneker: Trinity platter is a great deal and gives you a good sampling of everything. Bark on the brisket was fantastic.
