Just had the lunch sandwich special- grilled pork tenderloin with apple coleslaw and garlic aioli with side of pancetta Mac n cheese. Delish!
The place has a great atmosphere and great baristas, the food is great and awesome fish and chips with the right amount of slaw, teeny to wet the whistle but a giant list of beers, local breweries.
Try the truffle French fries you won't be disappointed. Also- local beer!

Awesome burgers and I loved the “choose your own mule” where you decide which liquor you want and they make a mule out of your favorite! Dog friendly patio and they even brought my dog water out 😊

Chicken tenders were awful. Too much batter. What happened?? Cole slaw usual the best...... Too mayonaise-y.
I like Hillstones in general. This one is no exception. Go to: the burger w/ kale salad as side. One of my favorite burgers. The ratio of bun to meat is just right. Really good cheddar cheese.
"The Elmer" biscuit super smoky flavor, in-house made pickles (yum), great slaw. YUM! Also got a cheese pizza. Tasty! And the service was GREAT -- friendly, and they cut up the pizza for our two kids.

How are you even real? Massive flaky biscuits are topped with errythang from herbaceous gravies to fruit compotes. Great little beer list, killer brunch cocktails, and pizza for later.

Great tasting sweet tea! Bbq ribs were juicy and succulent. Each rib is pre-sliced so you can enjoy holding and eating the rib by hand. Slaw was good. Mac n cheese was disappointing though

Best pulled pork on the city. Hands down. No comparison.
I recommend The Elmer. It had pulled pork, BBQ sauce, friend onions, pickles, and coleslaw all on one of their house made biscuits.
The Franklin with a soft egg is a must have here. The bloody Mary's are great too.

For vegetarians -- their Seitan wings are quite good. Try the sauces before you order. The app sampler is also really good (go in Tuesdays!) Boneless wings is the way to go!

The potted smoked trout is out of this world. Delicious cocktails, especially the Russel Smash and Ginger Fizz (w/ housemade ginger beer). The fried chicken is tasty but not the best I've ever had.

Fish (in Denver?) and chips (as in "french fries") ... If you are looking for that greasy goodness and a cold one this is the place in D-town, hands down.
Everything was spectacular. Fried pickles, tator tots, fries, burgers, staff, service ... literally NO complaints. This is the best place we've eaten since we've arrived in Colorado.
Clean, good service. Food is good but kitchen is a bit slow.
Sukiyaki is the way to go hands down. Don't mess around with the Shabu Shabu. Go sukiyaki!
