This place is never a disappointment. Their mac n' cheese wedges... mmm... and yes, their dogs are ridiculously awesome too. Try the elk with cheddar & jalapeño. So effing good!!!

Loved the lamb, the Buffalo prime rib was a bit too much for me. Should have gotten the elk.
Tourist tip: Their boar, elk, rattlesnake and reindeer featured on No Reservations. If you like spicy + meaty, try the Southwest Buffalo - and tomato curry is the jam!

Really enjoyed the pappardelle with rabbit ragu. The elk tartare was very interesting and unique. The idea of incorporating Indian flavors into Italian worked well.
Elk crudo is delicious starter. Overall too highly priced for meal quality. Colorado lamb and rice spices lacking.
Get the crunch bar dessert. You can't go wrong. They even gave us a free macaroon!
Beer, Food, and Games, huge open seating indoor and out. Close to airport, it's a must stop! Service was amazing and has something for everybody. From $6 craft burgers to Ahi Tuna salads

I don't even know where to begin with how incredible this place is. Tapas style with amazing selection, flank steak, sangria, elk, hummus, and bourbon cocktails are all worth trying.
Love this place! It’s my go-to dinner reservation when I want to impress guests and friends. Bacon wrapped dates, sea scallops and red sangria are a must!
Good tapas options and ok wine flights with the exception of the sherry. A tad pricey and just so-so desserts. Lovely buzzy ambiance & helpful staff

Great service (they get busy). Wonderful small plates - had the prime rib sliders, thai calamari and curried deviled eggs. Homemade Key Lime Pie. Outstanding beer list.

Bison Reuben great flavor meat was a lil tough, Pork green Chile was fantastic. Liked the elk burger, a lot of sauce.

The elk jalapeno dogs are the shit!
Grilled onions are as good as they can be made. Dogs are unique and the best you'll get in the state. Dude serving them up is a great guy. Definitely go here and eat some pheasant.

Great bartenders & lots of local whiskey with multiple mixes so it's fun & out of the ordinary. They do have a decent beer selection too & the food is good...fries are heavenly!

Enjoyed a great meal with even better company. Situated in a hotel, the Italian-fare is classic with modern twists. If you like Eggplant try theirs its a standard on a menu that changes seasonally.
