There is vegan ramen here and it is delicious! However, it's not spicy at all, so ask for the chili oil if you want heat. Shishito peppers are also very good!

This place was good! Just the concept really isn't for me. I like to sit down while I eat. I also prefer to be able to take my food home to-go which they don't offer. This place had some awesome ramen

Kimchi Ramen and Curry Ramen were fantastic. Rich broth with fresh vegetables and marinated pork belly; friendly courteous staff.
Spicy Miso ramen is good.
Karaage and Tonkotsu Ramen are my favorites. Ask for the Ajitsuke Tamago for your ramen! Tonkatsu Curry is good too but ask for the Tonkatsu on the side so it doesn't get soggy.

The ramen is decent here. We had the Kyushu ramen. Personally I think they prep the pork belly a tad too early but the soft boiled egg was delicious.

I would happily eat 3/4ths of this menu. Kimchi fries are very good as is the Ramen burrito. The bahn mi bread is pretty close to what you get in Vietnam too

Kazy's may very well be Dallas' best-hidden bowl of ramen. Order a few sushi rolls to share with your lunch date and a steaming bowl of noodles for one of the city's best cheap lunches.
The LBJ Roll is definitely worth trying out. The Tonkatsu ramen is pretty good also. I love that they have a grocery section filled with japanese treats and ingredients.
This is like a hidden gem. Its a small market and small sushi restaurant. Its really cheap and pretty fresh. Just know that service is a bit slow though. :)
