Pro tip: whole fried snapper is great, but a tad dry. Add a sauce; I'd recommend the one that comes with the scallion pancakes.
The zucchini blossoms, grilled octopus, salt cod, bolognese, and tiramisu were all phenomenal! Recommend this place for a great upscale fine.
This was the best of the restaurants that I visited while in town. My recommendation: open up the meal with either rellenos de papa or tostones. For your entrée go for the Trifongo. Then, tres leches.
I am typically skeptical of hotel restaurants but Scampo is really great. Sit at the chefs bar - fun to watch them make your pizza! Great vibe, even better food.
