Best customer service I've had at a hotel. Everyone was amazing & attentive. Location was perfect too. The gluten free brownies didn't hurt. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Boston.

One of Back Bay's go-to restaurants, with prime people watching on the outdoor patio and an interior meant to evoke a classic cruising vessel. Bread-bowl clam chowder, crab cakes, cioppino.

Hands down, best coffee in Boston. (Best coffee on the Cape--hit up the one in PTown.) Plenty of gluten-free treats, too--rose flavored mini cookies are my fave!
